The one thing all great teachers do
Training is such a fundamental need in all business.
- When new team members come to join us
- When we introduce new things
- When things don’t go so well, and we again need to show how things are done round here
Without training, business won’t work well and certainly will find it impossible to grow because effective delegation just can’t happen.
The thing is, it’s so easy to slide over the top and really not give the way we train in our organisation much thought.
