Bobby Semple established Simplified Recruitment Solutions after 15 years in the industry and running a successful business in the healthcare industry.
Born out of a need to quickly hire 70 + employees in his previous company he realised the recruitment market is still largely geared towards the larger end of town and commission based it led him to create Simplified Recruitment Solutions.
